Lili Reinhart Talks About Struggles And Thoughts About Her Body Image

Lili Reinhart opens up about her mental health and body images that she has been “struggling” with for some months.

According to the ‘People,’ she shared some stories on her Instagram posts.

Lili wrote, “I have been struggling with obsessive thoughts about my body for the last few months, and it is got pretty severe in the previous week. I am taking a moment to share this in the hope that any of you who are struggling should not feel alone.”

She added that it could be challenging to look at your body with love instead of criticism.”

Lili said, “It is a practice I am still learning. I did not think being in this industry that is so obsessed with women’s bodies and weights could even mess with my body acceptance and positivity. I wish I had not grown up in a time where the media worshipped only one size of women.”

Lili, who has already talked about seeing a therapist, concluded that she is working on loving her body.

She wrote, “My body has carried me through 25 years of life—all my scars, tears, trauma. I wish I could love it more, even when it looks like it did when I was 20. But I am trying. I know my body deserves equal love and admiration at any size.”

Lili told fans on Instagram one year before that there is “nothing to be ashamed of” when seeing a therapist.

Lili wrote, “Everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist. It does not matter how old you are or how ‘proud’ you are trying to be. We are all human. And we all struggle. Don’t suffer in silence. Don’t feel embarrassed to ask for help.”
