Here are five simple and easy steps to boost your mornings to keep your life fresh.
Set Up An Alarm
If you cannot get up early in the morning, set the alarm at 5.30 a.m. or 6 a.m. Getting up early can freshen up your mind, but circumstances can spoil your mood.
Once you get up in the morning, if you find a mail from your boss or if anyone calls you up and irritates you, it takes a lot of time to return to normal. So, it is better to be calm and take it easy.
A gratitude practice can be sweet and short. Once you get up in the morning, tell yourself I am here and have the blessing of sleep. I am in the shelter and going to have a good breakfast.
It does not change that you might have a stressful day ahead of you, but it will help you root in the bigger picture.
Set A Daily Intention
Your intention does not need to be big, and you can focus on what is ahead of you. It is better to write it down so that you do not forget.
Prioritizing your intentions can help you cope with the stress. You can also set a goal which is another way to set your preferences.
Drink A Glass Of Water
Drinking water is the best thing in the morning and one of the best habits to keep your body in balance. Start doing it for a couple of weeks, and automatically it will become a routine. If you do not have this routine, it is better to cultivate.
Move Your Body
Doing some early morning exercises can freshen up your mind, a great stress reliever. Go for a walk or run or gym or some stretching exercises.
