Snyder Cut Of Justice League Could Show Martian Manhunter

A recently released storyboard from Justice League shows a scene cut from the film.  As has become the Hollywood norm, there is the original theatrical cut, that’s followed by the always anticipated Snyder Cut.  With this latest release, a long-held fan theory within the movie, and DCEU has been confirmed.

Movie viewers had their theories that the character of Swanwick in Justice League was, in fact, J’onn J’onzz—aka the Martian Manhunter.  The revealed storyboard confirms the theories to be spot-on, while at the same time confirming yet another major character that ended up on the cutting room floor.

What makes this reveal all that more exciting, is that it comes right at the moment when DCEU fans had decided they knew all the little secrets about the original film’s version.  There is also the proof of just how morphed the theatrical release was from the actual plan that Snyder had in mind.

With the massive amount of footage that is admittedly missing from Whedon’s version, it is pretty much a given that Snyder has even more wild cards up his sleeve.  We already know of the cut scene involving Martha Kent, changing into J’onzz, then into Swanwick.  It has been rumored and speculated that there were copious amounts of cut footage, including the character of J’onzz, which would most certainly help to segue him into Justice League 2.

Fans continue to campaign (well pretty much beg) Warner Brothers for the Snyder cut of Justice League.  Snyder has even stated he has a sizable portion of the movie all but completed, with Momoa, Aquaman himself claiming he has seen it.  Many insiders have claimed that estimates show that completion of the Snyder Cut could run in the range of $30-$40 million.

With all this considered, it is pretty much certain that if the Snyder Cut ever does come to light, it is almost assured to very well be a completely different movie than was initially released in the theaters.
